1. Document the engine version, schema ownership, backup method, and restore responsibilities
2. Provide a representative masked snapshot plus the target queries and execution plans
3. Rehearse one migration or backfill in staging while recording locks and validation results
4. Review rollback limits and observed locks before the data owner schedules production work
